We start by leaving London and heading North to what is known as the Black Country. The story of the Black Country is distinctive because of the scale, drama, intensity of the industrial might that was unleashed.
Arriving at our destination a few hours later we set off in search of our Peaky Blinders filming location sites. We follow in the footsteps of the Shelby family around the boat docks, the Blacksmiths shop, the Workers Institute offices and a lot more. Indeed, from the riding by Thomas of his white horse in the very first episode to ferrying dead bodies on the canals they are all here. You can even dress like a Shelby by buying merchandise from the Gentleman’s outfitters based here.
Besides these locations the area has been used for the filming of many film and TV shows like Our Zoo, Arthur and George, Dancing on the Edge and more. With over 26 acres of museum and attractions to explore, this family friendly tour is perfect for any family.
