Dubai City Movie Sites Tour

Your movie locations tour will start with a visit to the largest man-made marina – Dubai Marina. The area is filled with glittering skyscrapers, luxury hotels, 300 retailers, restaurants, department stores, cafés and gyms. The futuristic look of Dubai Marina can be seen in movies like Star Trek Beyond and Geostorm (2017).

We’ll stop at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel located on the man-made island Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most prestigious stretches of coastline. This five-star luxury hotel is fit for royalty and has an exquisite interior design resembling the Ottoman Sultans’ lavish way of life.

In Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol it plays the part of an Indian palace, with Menzies portraying one of the hundreds of guests at a glittering ballroom party attended by Tom Cruise and his co-stars Jeremy Renner and Anil Kapoor.

We’ll continue to Jumeirah Beach for a photo stop at Burj Al Arab. This iconic sail-shaped luxury hotel was part of the futuristic buildings of Yorktown from Star Trek Beyond and has also been featured in Geostorm (2017), Independence Day: Resurgence and Kung Fu Yoga.

The Burj Al Arab hotel is located on its own private island and the hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. We’ll spend some leisure time on Jumeirah Beach, also known as the Sunset Beach.

The Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol car chase scene during the sandstorm ends with Hunt’s car colliding into the Marius Wistrom car, this scene was shot at the Meydan Bridge.

The Bridge is a VIP entrance to the Meydan Racecourse, a megastructure that can accommodate over 60,000 spectators in a 1-mile-long grandstand. Capture your Mission Impossible moment with the Meydan bridge in the background as seen in the movie.

We’ll head to DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) to relive the moments where Ethan Hunt runs from a shamal, charging from the Dubai International Financial Centre into the neighbourhood of Satwa. The DIFC Central Park also featured in Star Trek Beyond.

Before we take you to the next stop, you will be given a panoramic ride driving down the Sheikh Zayed Road to admire the glittering skyline of Dubai. These futuristic buildings were featured in Star Trek Beyond.

Burj Khalifa is the most visited location in Dubai and is featured in many movies, including big-budget blockbusters like Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Geostorm (2017) and Independence Day: Resurgence.

In Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol Ethan Hunt and his team must get the nuclear codes to prevent the launch of a nuclear missile in America. The exchange of nuclear codes between Moreau and Hendricks’s right-hand man, Marius Wistrom, takes place at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. See where Ethan Hunt is rappelling down, running on, climbing and “flying” around on a rope on the tallest building in the world.
